How normie-tier is progressive rock?
I identify the most with the early post-rock scene (Labradford, Kranky records, the Chicago Scene where Gastr del Sol and Tortoise come from, the list goes on), and the genre has a very audible influence from progressive rock.
Lately (3 months ago) I went from rare psychedelics use to a more mild use (smoke weed twice or thrice a weed, do acid once every 2 weeks, sometimes once a week).
On my lasts trips I started listening to lots of Pink Floyd and other prog rocks band and shit is magical, songs like Shine On You Crazy Diamond or Time are some deep shit when you're tripping balls so much that your body twitches.

It's normie tier as hell, just like how weed and acid are some of the normiest drugs ever.
There are less normie prog rock bands, like Faust and Van der Graaf Generator, but most prog fans don't care about them and think Pink Floyd is the "trippiest thing ever dude".

Some of it is normie-tier, you can guess which.
Nektar, Van der Graaf, Kingston Wall, Gentle Giant and a lot of krautrock (Neu, Agitation Free, Gila) is not.
Pink Floyd is not prog rock

What're some patrician drugs
Why do you care?
I mean some of the bands are very popular for sure. However, there are plenty of less known bands. But ultimately, who cares?
Why does it matter? Go back to /r9k/

DMT, both smoked and prepared as Ayahuasca. Adderall, because it makes you actually get shit done(but don't snort it senpai). Meth because Breaking Bad but I personally avoid that shit.

That's a contradiction.
Drugs are for scum.

Not all drugs can physically destroy you.
I am fine with people that do psychedelics because I do them myself.
I'd critize anyone that do harder shit you can actually OD from, unless you actually take them responsibly.

Not at all, this place completely destroys your fucking perspective when it comes to what people actually listen to, even Yes and Genesis level prog hasn't been anywhere near normie music since the 70s. Rush is probably the only normie prog band, really. As >>70376944 correctly notes Pink Floyd isn't prog rock and shouldn't be considered when asking this question
