Pretty much what Disclosure try to do, but I feel they do it incredibly unconvincingly and stagnantly.

Downloaded all of the a albums listed on the essentials chart. About 3 of them are good. i haven't done anything besides alchohol and weed since spring 2015, but i had a period during which i did it way too often (also did some stupid heroic doses, though, so that probably made it even worse).

in the end it basically just got me stimmed, got me shaky hands and a nasty feeling in my head and body. would also get a lot of brain zaps when sober or just high from weed, which stopped when i stopped doing MD.

i guess you can still feel some rushes of euphoria, but nothing compareable to the first times imo and the post-MD depression doesn't get any easier to cope with

and i'm clinically depressed and on medication lol

dunno why but hangovers make me fucking dead. my entire body feels drained and weak and itchy and my temperature is fucked up and shit. even 2 drinks is enough to do this to me now

a comedown isn't too bad, it's usually the alcohol i drink with the drugs that fucks me up.

hmm i have some problems with acid (not reflux) and a bad feeling in my stomach that i think may be stress/anxiety-related. i don't think i ever experienced nausea as a result of anxiety

propranolol has really been helpful, because i used to be quite shaky and my heart kept racing. it still does to an extent, but propranolol really gave me the peace to start getting better generally
