I think Pink Floyd is the best thing to ever happen to me. I can't even put it into words.
Are there any other bands like pink floyd or did what they did?
From 'Echoes' to 'Us and them' to 'Money', they're all epic.

Beatles, David Bowie, Brian Eno (all his work pre-Ambient 1), Kate Bush, Bjork, and Radiohead all have similar strings on record releases with a slightly progressive/concept based feel to them.
They are more some kinda punk/funk combo, but Talking Heads are similar, too.
If you specifically want to limit it to space rock prog sounding stuff, Hawkwind's first five LPs are great.
If these names are too well known, AyкцЫoн is a cool Russian band that took a similar approach to music though doesn't sound the same.
