Listen to blue oyster cult and go to r/music or something

so they're kind of an homage to older proto-metal and proto-goth rock bands like Black Sabbath and especially Blue Oyster Cult, so those are two good bands to listen to.

Maybe look into Danzig, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden.

They're kind of intended to be a sort of gateway drug into metal.

They're too satanic for me, shit creeps me out. They literally have a song that is a genuine worship song about Satan. I don't buy the idea that it's just a gimmick.
