It's the Kevin Barnes show. Guy must be hard to work with because he's changed his line up so many times. Album you posted is his masterpiece, for a different sound try Cherry Peel.

This. The band pretty much chronicles his mindset with each album. Coquelicot was a crazy concept album and faeries and shit. Beside Tragedy is a quaint little album about courtship. Cherry Peel is Kevin Barnes bitching about his life. So it goes.
