What's /mu/'s opinion on Future Funk?
It's musical junkfood

except it's not bad for the health
It's not bad, needs some work yet. Every genre starts somewhere

I think a lot of the earlier stuff has more character and style to it than a lot of the later stuff, actually sounds like something that deserves the title "Future Funk" based off of J-funk, some stuff is kind of started to sound like just regular EDM but with slight J-funk influences.

Personally I love it, but it got the dubstep (that I hate)problem where the genre is entirely an infinite one trick pony
>>70237567
its just bad
Hiatus Kaiyote is dope as fuck

>>70237172
i like it - especially haircuts for men
>>70237172

At first it was
I liked it better when it was French House.

All of these.
I love future funk, I think its really fun, but there are some songs that are so worthless/generic it makes me feel guilty for listening to the genre.
Like >>70237667 said though I hope it develops into something cool

The base is always my favorite part of Future Funk.

I think I like the ones that sound closer to French house/Michael Jackson the best.
