Why is this album rarely talked about on /mu/?
because a good skramz thread that isn't a circlejerk of the best known shit comes along maybe twice a year
why do you think it should be widely discussed?
BecUse this board has utter shit taste
The only thread type that it can even be brought up in is /emo/ threads, and a lot of those guys can't digest the intensity of screamo even if its in an easier to digest progressive rock structure like Gospel's stuff.
Skramz is great stuff though. You often end up getting complex, visceral, and emotional all in one package.

Bring it up in a "best of the 2000s" thread

Which album is it? I love screamo, but I'm afraid I don't recognize this one.

Fucking sweet. I never see them discussed here. Everybody just knows "Giants Orbiting" because of Smosh.

This. Screamo threads are so rare, and it's one of my favorite genres.
Thoughts on this? Does this count as real screamo? It's the only La Dispute album that I really enjoy from start to finish.

It's their only good album.
Thoughts on La Quiete?
