No counterweight on the needle means it will slowly dig into your records and with repeated usage will be ruined.

The speakers are built into the record player, meaning that when you play it vibrates the record player which causes the records to warp.

The record hangs of the side of the player which cause an increase of it breaking or warping.

Plus they're just really low quality, probably be better with just CD's.
