You know THAT part of the Jupiter movement? What is that called? A movement? A segment?
Taken with Mars it makes a tango

THAT moment for those who don't know.

It's just a section. Jupiter itself is a self-contained movement. The hymn section is just that. No fancy name.

Section?

It's whatever you want to call it. The melody itself has hymn-like properties so you can call it "the hymn section" if you want.

I ended up looking at a formal diagram from some thesis paper on Google and it turns out that Jupiter follows something like a rondo form ABACADABACA where the section in question is the "D" section smack dab in the middle. So more specifically, you can call it the third contrasting episode in an eleven part rondo.
