pic is related
>entire album is sad in one way or another
>even the upbeat songs have sad lyrics
>bullet proof sounds like a song someone would listen to before killing themselves
>ends with a song about how life is meaningless
Adore by the Pumpkins always works for depressive moods
Blank Page is an emotional gut punch of the highest caliber.
I've been listening to pic related a lot more, it's slowly replacing 'I Am A Bird Now' as my favorite. The album just feels like slowly being more and more accepting that death is coming.
Also one song is about a seizure.

Just about anything from Type O Negative.
>Pete Steele is dead, btw.
You may call me a fucking faggot but this album always bring me to tears.
Also it could have ended with The Final Cut. It would be more dramatic yk? I'm not saying that Two Suns Sunset and Not Noe John are bad, I love them, but it could have had a better arrangement to end with The Final Cut and its last verse

strangely scary and sad at the same time
the queen is dead is incredibly depressing. i know it's over is literally about never having anyone be interested in you, and dying alone with your mother as your only acquaintance. the smiths in general have a really depressing discography.

I agree with you about the album, it's fantastic and way better than the Wall IMO, but how can you not like 2 Suns? It's a vastly better "career ending" track than the two Gilmour ones desu
SOMETIMES WHEN I'M...
WATCHING YOU, YOU SEEM LIKE THE SAME PERSON THAT I ONCE KNEW

its because they are creeps and wierdos
>You're gonna run
>It's alright
>Everybody does
Half the songs are about friends who died from heroin overdoses and the other half are about growing up gay in the land of electroshock conversion therapy
