Once you get into you're 20's that shit goes out the window. I was a psychotically obsessed Rammstein fan when I was a senior in high school and freshman in college, then I got older and matured more and that shit wore off QUICK.

Missing Thorns and Samael. I would put Dodheimsgard one tier up just because 666 International ain't that bad. Not sure if Soulstorm would count they are pretty even on black metal and industrial. But then, what about Abu Lahab? Are they just more normal industrial?
