It's second only to WYWH to me.
The lyrics are by and far the best lyrics Roger ever wrote and the music is so mournful and powerful. One or two meh tracks (two suns in the sunset) but overall it's incredible.

I love the final cut but couldn't make it through more than 15 minutes of the pros and cons of hitchhiking. It's like every criticism people lobbed at the final cut actually fits that album more. It's completely tuneless and has no ear for subtle dynamics, it's just all out screaming or silence.
