Doug's singing is too monotonous. Every single song is Doug singing with a whimpery whisper with some nice guitar melody in the back. Also BtS drumming is mostly generic and boring. I like both bands but these things are mostly what separate them. BtS has better guitaring but MM has vocals and drums.
