I feel like these people just do psych rock occasionally than really are psych rock artists. But they do have stuff that is trippy while still having a groove. Early floyd, my faggy friend, is so psychedelic its hard to call it rock. Going through all their albums at least once will give you a feel if you like shit that weird.
Theres this mix between bob dylan and beach boys, called the growlers. Their album hung at heart (pic) is my fav.
Also theirs animal collective, i like Centipede Hz, but some of their earlier shit is beyond jarring.

Ween, really anything by them. Not psych but if you like early, funny floyd, i think you could like it.
