Ive been spinning this album since I got it. It's honestly a great album. I'd say out of all the albums The Avalanches ever put out, it's defiantly in the top two.

I've never heard an album like this in the 70's.

It's a good album. Nothing wrong with that. It may have not met expectations after a 16 year gap between their first album, but then again nothing ever could have desu.

It's still good on its own right.

Like how The King of Limbs is a bad record by Radiohead standards but otherwise it's still a pretty good, enjoyable record. Nothing earth shattering, but still a solid listen.
