They changed something about them a couple years back, if you bought them before they were great cheap headphones, whereas now they're just cheap.
I had a pair, really liked them, lent them to a family member then forgot about it.

If you can't deal with the way they look, but still want some good on ears, just get the AKG Y50s. They're more bass leaning, but for on ears you just want something fun because they're the side bit to your over ears, or should be anyway.
