As a brit from manchester the only bands people listen to are the smiths, stone roses, catfish and the bottlemen (probably the worst one) and the artic monkeys due to everybody being shallow fucking clones who have never explored past the selection. I would reccomend something that is sort of similar but not shit such as King Krule - 6 feet beneath the moon
