I own a pair of the 250 Ohm version, I haven't really had an issue keeping them on for 4+ hours with music playing. I had a pair of DT 660s before these though so I knew what to expect.

i remember listening to my buddies mix on the 770s a year or so ago. i was really impressed by the high end but i could totally see how after a while it would get tiring.

i'm also coming from AKGs which are pretty "neutral", if you will.

they've served me well for the past 3 years, but i'm looking to upgrade to some sennheisers some time soon.

AKGs try to be as realistic as possible, from what i've found.

basically you can't go wrong with a pair of K240s, but there's better headphones out there.
