the number of hours ive spent on hold listening to the same fuzzy music interrupted every 2 minutes by an apologetic grainy voice is ridiculous.

seeing as the phone samples used are english makes it even more relatable to me

i thought it was an interesting experiment using very nice ambient soundscapes - and the reaction these various telemarketers have to them.

thats just my two cents.
