I unironically agree. In fact, that is actually the only genuinely good, fully realised, well-crafted 'album' from any of those bands (...okay, Lonesome Crowded West is pretty damn great too)

The pedestal 90s indeh is put on by certain groups is ridiculous desu, a lot of those bands have some decent songs in their catalog but albums? Pavement deserves to be held in the same regard as like, Kasabian or Bloc Party or Metric or something. A few decent tunes but mostly throwaway.

I digress, PFNO is a progressive rock masterpiece.

Pavement is my favorite band in that list but I have to admit that they are not better than BTS.
I mean, the instrumentation in BTS até awsome and one of the best in indie rock. Pavement instrumentation is good but they were just some friends having fun.
I just prefer Pavement because they more fun, catchy and makes me feel happy.

I don't care for MM and Arcade Fire (but I loved Funeral and Neon Bible).
