do you think your avarage memerapper has any more cultural influence than Adele?

she's a momcore and fatcore icon. both large (no pun intended) markets
Moms want to listen to music too.

crossover appeal. Moms are a huge market that most pop music (and most music releases) doesn't attract at all. When you successfully sell something both to moms and pop radio listeners, you're rich
she has a good voice, and she genuinely seems like a fun and nice person to be around if you watch videos of her interacting with other people on youtube
her songs are good too, like I legitimately think Skyfall and when we were young are good songs

People listen to her sing about love and like imagining two fatties making love because most people are fatties.

>no cultural influence
I'm afraid you can't say that about anybody who's songs dominate the mainstream media like hers do

I mean I get that her albums are massive, but what I'm saying is that she isn't on the cusp of putting out a new single/album I never hear anything about her. In contrast, all of the other major pop artists (Beiber, Swift, Drake, Kanye etc) are basically spammed in the news 24/7. She is basically a ghost in between albums, and yet she smashes sales records.

at the beginning was tolerable but now i cant fucking stand her, all of her songs are the same 'hey check out how powerful my voice is in the chorus' bullshit, also how the fuck all of her albums are about her ex-bf, fucking uncreative cunt. And some dipshits compare her to amy winehouse, not a fan of amy but come on.
