The only ladcore band that still holds up
>>69737141
Some fun songs, but mainly boring.
Okay, but very overrated, much like the rest of "Post Punk Revival"
>>69737141
Post punk revival killed British rock music

>overrated
/mu/ dislikes all PPR bands except Interpol

>Post punk revival killed British rock music
This. It's been so shit over here from the 00s onwards, and we used to have so many great bands.
And Interpol is okay, but also hugely overrated. I don't understand why it gets the acclaim it does.
Has no one ever listened to The Chameleons?
Every post punk revival Band ever
>successful debut
>underwhelming second album
>third album tries to change things but fails
>next albums are garbage
>fall into irrelevance
>>69737597
The Strokes pretty much fit that too
>anyone thinking their second album is bad
Haha wow
>>69737481
You could have it so much better is *ahem* so much better than S/T
>>69737597
danm...
>>69737537
But lots of post punk revival bands were British?Bloc Part, Arctic Moneys and also Franz Ferdinand etc.
Shame they don't make songs like they used to. What do people think of that FFS album?
>>69737141
ladcore shite

Right Thoughts>You Could Have>S/T>Tonight
>>69737643
Room on Fire was almost as good, if not just as much so, as ITI?.
Yeah Yeah Yeahs had a strong sophomore album as well.
Though both fell off eventually.
>>69737141
It's dull but catchy. I don't mind hearing them at bars
But if anyone who claims to be interested in music genuinely likes this I'd advise them to off themselves
try FFS

Scottish Interpol/ the first sign that the indie landfill was coming to effectively kill rock as a popular genre amongst the masses.
SO IF YOU'RE LONELY
You Could Have Had It So Much Better > FFS > S/T > Tonight
not listened to Right Thoughts
2000's cuck music
