Recommendations on speakers for turntable?

I'm not trying to be mean, but there is absolutely nothing that seperates that piece of shit from a Crosley. You should return that and get something with a counterweight.

Also worth considering is the size of the room and the distance at which you'll be listening. If it's a rather large room and the listening distance is more than 6 feet, floorstanders (or monitors plus a sub) is typically the way to go.
