i have that sometimes. its not actually out of the ordinary kek. its calling having a song stuck in your head or an earworm. maybe a bit of ocd for obsessing over it. you have control over how much it bothers you, you have to accept it and then its fine.

I've had this since elementary school, but I'm pretty OCD so that's probably why. It gets better over time though because you can drown it out with other thoughts, its still there but more like background music.
