Well not off the top of my head, but I feel like good artists choose good covers. So it is much more likely for a good album to have a good cover. Besides is it really that important to you? Maybe that says something more about yourself and how you judge music. Personally, while the cover might give an insight to the music, I think the music is the most important thing by a wide margin. That being said, I will frequently choose new albums to listen to based purely on their covers.

In defense of album covers, they provide nice visual context for the music. Imagine if Loveless had a picture of a bald man with a soul patch and a pierced ear screaming into a microphone. It would affect the way you hear the music, wouldn't it? Of course it would; this is why the album cover is so important. It helps to convey the image that's supposed to pair nicely with the sound, which is why most 'classic' albums have really nice album covers, excluding some outliers (No Love Deep Web).

If you put bright food coloring in your scrambled eggs to make it purple, that would be gross, even though they would taste the same with your eyes closed. Visuals do affect how things appeal to your other senses.
