good
everything's relative but spotify should definitely charge more
especially once the government starts revoking even more privileges in order to stop piracy

Taytay says is bad
>>69637201
yes and "taytay" is a shitty overrated pop singer that appeals to 13 year old girls and pathetic manchildren.
Her opinion is irrelevant

The commercial biggies all prefer to opt out
Not really good or bad just a natural (and unstoppable) progression of an industry from an old technology to a newer one.
I think its good becauz FUCK the industry. What coud be bad about your music being more accessible? People were ment release records to sell show tikets. Oh no the poor rich people how will they go on?

How so? Maybe its bad for her but how is it bad for the industry?

At most I've just seen them go to another identical service Tidal
The only ones I've noticed who don't do it are on smaller labels like Drag City apparently fucking hates Spotify

>$180 million net income FY2016
How do other streming services pay their artists? Why is spotify the worst?
Spotify and other streaming services are not bad, what is bad is piracy.
It makes it impossible for the musician to negotiate a fair streaming rate cos' the streaming services can just say "either take our shitty offer, or you'll just get pirated and make nothing".
