Also, SY had gotten kinda stale. Not bad, but everything since Murray Street was a bit repetitive and tended to sound like stuff they had already done in the past. So it wasn't a bad thing that they bowed out while still putting out solid stuff. Would have only been a matter of time before they released a piece of garbage.
