Classic, but such a bad cover holy shit
Well, make your way through the rest of Metallica's 80's catalog starting with Ride the Lightning. If you can't get enough of Kill 'Em All, you'll more than likely like the other three.
The Big 4 of Thrash are Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax, so those bands will also be a good starting point.
>Slayer - Show No Mercy
>Megadeth - Peace Sells... But Who's Buying?
>Anthrax - Among the Living
Some other thrash classics/favorites of mine in a similar vain to PEA
>Death Angel - Act III
>Testament - Practice What You Preach
>Venom - Welcome to Hell
>Motörhead - Bomber (not Thrash, but very influential Heavy Metal)
>pic related, Holy Grail - Crisis in Utopia
Hope this helps OP, happy thrashing

I've been listening to thrash for ages, it's just i've not really given KEA any appreciation and realised there's a lot more good songs on there than i thought. Probably cause half of them was written by Dave.
Recently started to get really big into Anthrax as well.
