Bleep bloops aren't music. Electronic "music" has been around since the 70s, so it is outdated. There have been no legitimate subgenres to emerge since then because it's all just bleep bloops anyway.

Most of these so-called post-70s 'electronic music' "innovations" are all just cheap versions of American hip-hop done by British people:

Rock music on the otherhand is still fresh and evolving.

Rock is continously evolving with new subgenres. You can't say the same about electronic.

Hey, it's not our fault our police cracked down harder on illegal raves compared to yours. Detroit, Chicago, and New York had good scenes too, the culture just never flourished.

We had the Criminal Justice Bill that killed raves in 1994, we just took it into clubs.

I'm not even a bleepfag, I'm a rockist, but the last time rock music was even somewhat relevant was the indie rock boom of the mid-2000s. Which was mostly just a rehash of the alt-rock of the early 90s. there haven't been any new developments of subgenres in rock music since at least the turn of the decade. meanwhile bleep continues to expand rapidly
