It's hard to define because it's really diverse despite its minimalism, but the majority of it is microhouse as you say. However, songs like Krokus or Toaster are high-quality tech house.

To add some more because I like to get pedantic about genres too, Toaster is also edging towards microhouse and a bit to ambient techno. Krokus is more standard but it has that dub techno vibe, also I don't know why there are birds in the background but they are the reason that song is so good really.
