i didnt even know it existed! im listening to it now. it sounds like it mostly relies on his "lil wayne" voice. dannys whiny, abrupt style of rapping isnt very good when its not fluctuating. it only worked in xxx because the songs themselves were outstanding and he constantly shifted between that and a deeper, more lyrical, flowing style of singing. thats probably why i consider xxx to be his only good album. unfortunately hes gotten famous and now relies on that high pitched and abrubt style, which i understand considering whats popular in pop culture rap, but i thought danny was more aware than that shit. xxx was so self aware and both lampooned that style of rap, but utilized its best aspects to create something new and interesting
