I'm back! I've been working on two albums simultaneously of two different genres (they do share some sounds however due to being made at the same time) and one should be ready in the next few days.

Being honest, I went in expecting this to be pretty bad but it's really very interesting. "I've Never Peed" was pretty funny.
>>69569720
This is really excellent stuff, all the instrumentation is perfect and melds perfectly. I wouldn't exactly call it chillwave though. Keep it up, I'll be happy to see some more from you.

No kidding. It's nice to see you still posting, I hadn't see you in a long time. I'm amazed at the growth and changes your original album has undergone. I've still got the original 5 track version somewhere. What do you use for drums?

Description:
The title of Good Boy's new album, A Mouth Full, is quite prophetic of what it has to offer. Dizzying, disorienting synthesizers and vocoders, dwindling guitars, and colorful, terse bursts of energy, composed and comprised aside George's soft spoken, illusory-filled lyricism. Quite the mouthful indeed.
Support, scrobble, or review on RYM. Any feedback of any kind would be greatly appreciated. And George give some love. Thank You. :)

Drums are a real hodge-podge, some are using the Abbey Road 80's drums kit (Native Instruments Kontakt plug in), Others are samples from here
http://www.hexawe.net/mess/200.Drum.Machines/
Some are even made from VST synth plugins like Omnisphere or Arturia's Moog collection.
Others are sampled directly from other songs I like.
I can't say im too satisfied with my drum production, even I recall someone on here once said that they sounded dry or cheesy

A little cheesy at times yes, but it works for some of your songs like Breakfast Club. I've had the same criticism but it's the sound I want and it works with my synth.

many tracks on this EP were cut too short or under produced, lots of potential tho, the synths and drums play off each other well
>>69569917
the effects here and there are a bit heavy handed, the lo-fi quality of the recordings and mixing can be a fault at points, and the random electronic songs stick out like a sore thumb, but over all its an entertaining listen, almost like mac demarco, but weirder and more lo-fi
>>69570164

I'd love better recordings tho, is that like 1 room mic and 1 vocal mic? At times the delay on vocals overpowered the mix and I felt I was missing stuff but I'm being picky considering it's a rehearsal tape
Lauren was a surprise! The intro reminds me of something very non-bm - have you heard of We Lost The Sea?

Your album "art" and titles scream "annoying shitpost music" but it's really not bad. At times it's pretty tasteful (as far as harsh noise can get), even though I have no idea how did you make these sounds. Eau Fuque is shitty though.
