i get what you mean, the first track is a supreme ambient masterpiece and the rest sort of just dabbles in the same setting. Some of the passages on the other songs are amazing though

i dont get the appeal for tim hecker. do you guys just listen for the textures or something? his work just seems static, like nothing really ever happens, which is a shame because there's a lot of interesting directions he goes in once in a while with his tracks. it's not even repetitive, i like repetitive, but it's just completely still for me
