Devo were technically terrible and i like them also because of this, unluckyly i can't find anything that resembles them.
XTC are way better technically for sure

nice, you're in for a treat, the first half is a masterpiece but the second half slows down a bit, overall a really amazing psych pop album. it's only as cheesy as the kinks and zombies, if you're into 60s psych pop you will enjoy skylarking.
