How would you rank these britpop albums?
Different Class > Parklife > (What's the Story) Morning Glory? > Urban Hymns

>Verve instead of Suede

This desu
all shite, britpop is literally THE worst genre
Different Class and Parklife are a notch above the rest.
>>69526799
Let's just get the obviously superior and only thoroughly good album out of the way: Different Class is easily top. Then The Verve I suppose, that album's decent.
Then waaayyyy down here it's between two of the most uninspired albums of the 90's. Parklife at least has some redemption in that there are some good melodies, so that, then last is Oasis for just being bloody terrible at every ambition they aim to achieve with their music.
Where the fuck is Suede?

Urban Hymns is actually a great album. Bitter Sweet Symphony is just one of its hits

The singles are great, but the rest is boring
It's also 75 minutes long
What's the Story>Parklife>Different Class>Urban Hymns

Parklife > Different Class > Urban Hymns > Morning Glory
But I suggest:
His 'n Hers > Suede > A Northern Soul > Modern Life is Rubbish > Definitely Maybe
Morning Glory>Urban Hymns>Different Class>Parklife
they're all good though desu
The Verve's first album which is shoegaze is the best thing they've ever done.
They were good at it and should've stuck to it.

Blur's best album is Modern Life is Rubbish
Oasis's best album is Definitely Maybe
Sooo

Different Class >>>> The Verve (only heard Bittersweet Symphony) > Oasis (only heard Wonderwall and Champagne Supernova) > Blur (only heard Woo Hoo)
Pulp is the best britpop band and shits on the rest of these one hit wonders (one and a half in Oasis' case, since Supernova wasn't really a hit single, but you still hear it every once in a blue moon)
Different Class>Morning Glory>Parklife>Urban Hymns
Why not listen to the original bands?
