A Sailor's Guide to Earth would set a good precedent tbqh.

It could happen, remember what happened with Beck?

Sturgill is the closest thing to /ourguy/ from that lot.
Adele, Beyoncé, Bieber, and Drake all dominate the pop/R&B landscape, so they'll split the vote. Meanwhile, Sturgill Simpson will get the country vote AND the rock vote because those critics would never vote for a pop album.
Go Simpson. ASGTE is in my top I've thise year.
A Sailor's Guide to Earth is the only good album in that lot, but it would never win. Only pop albums win Grammies.
