Better than A.V.D, still not as good as Cross

Listening now, I willl post my thoughts when I am done.

the few songs i heard were kinda disappointing imo. but i wouldn't doubt that there's some good stuff on here

The sad thing is, even if they made another up to par with Cross, it wouldn't be as new and mindblowing.

Start with AVD. Go to Across All Arenas. Then listen to Woman. This will build up your expectations for their magnum opus era--Cross. Listen to Planisphère and their remix of MGMT's Electric Feel in the lead up. They're fucking fantastic works in their own right, and their Electric Feel won a Grammy, one of the few times I can say it was well deserved ffs. Then you can listen to Cross and their live album from the era A Cross the Universe. The doc by Romain Gavras is funny as hell in its own right if you care to watch.

I thought it suffered from the same disease AVD had, where it opens strong and has a couple great memorable tracks, but then you realize you just listened to like five tracks in a row in the middle and they were all completely forgettable. Justice should release EPs and drop all the dead weight, even Cross had the fucking Ppaarrttyy shitting things up
