i used to have this problem when i first started posting on here and id spend 8 - 12 hours a day doing nothing but listenign to music, trying to find new music and posting on here
pretty much the only way to do it is just take a break from listening to music for a week or so
id do this then listen to one of my favorite albums and i get back into it
