>Who are your main influences?
when i first started i wanted to do things similar to Grouper, Natural Snow Buildings, Giles Corey, Swans, and GY!BE. for when i prepared my first album i started getting more influenced by Eluvium, Sonic Youth, Mount Eerie (the album, of course), Jordaan Mason and the Horse Museum, etc.

my music is about to take a huge turn mainly because i found something i'm better at and what i listen to has changed a hell of a lot more. my current influences are Glenn Branca, Sonic Youth, TBK-era Swans, Robbie Basho, John Fahey, Ekkehard Ehlers, and of course KEIJI HAINO.

My influences? Honestly, I am somewhat schizo and tend to make unlistenable shit that has very little connection to other art.

Subconsciously, I suppose, I am influenced by what I listen to most. This mixtape was recorded while I was deeply into Car Seat Headrest and Aphex Twin. Then again, my tracks sound like an aborted Mount Eerie (I don't listen to Elvrum all that much though). What got me into recording in the first place, however, were Frusciante's first two albums (of the heroin-influenced avant-garde variety).

Tl;dr I have mental problems and I dunno what influences me.

Wow, this is really melodically deep, sounds like you know at least a bit of music theory. The rhythms are pretty square though, usually those old kiddish games had funkier beats.

I listened to the previous album because I don't like spoiling upcoming albums. The mixing seems pretty whack, some tones had weird frequency peaks that were a bit painful to listen to. I like your aesthetic though.

Is this a label? Are these all different people? If they are, I'm assuming you're Spurve because thats the album I can play on the page. I think your massively long release format is a bit unnecessary, a lot of these tracks could be their own album honestly. Skimming around it seems way more interesting than you seem to think it is. Dream big.

This one had a lot of Vår and Cindy Lee influences, even though it sounds nothing like them. Lots of Croatian Amor and Arca though. I get a lot of influences from reading and film actually, especially conceptually. At the time of this I was going through Kafka's work and really taking a lot from that. Right now it's Don Delillo, Chantal Akerman, and Peter Bo Rappmund.

I love the ambient and noise stuff, but the drums weren't up my alley. Not bad though, just not my sound. Good stuff though, the violin really gives a unique sound you don't typically hear.
