Started seeing this girl with a pretty wide taste in music, although she does have an affinity for R&B.
The only things related to R&B I listen to are D'Angelo and Hiatus Kaiyote.
What are some recommendations you guys have for accessible albums, and for deeper cuts?

Lift Every Voice & Sing seems kind of out of place idk. I don't really think of it as a soul album. It's Max Roach but it's not exactly jazz either. I don't know
