I disagree. Time is great, but ANWR is literally the perfect pop album.

I downloaded a few of their albums from the archive, most excited for this. Boy Blue was one of the first songs I loved that I discovered for myself.
Wonderful melodies, surprisingly complex orchestration, extremely enjoyable. Kind of a guilty pleasure, though.
>best track is a bonus track
are there any other albums where this is the case?

>The Apples In Stereo - (2010) Travellers in Space and Time
not a ELO album, but it has HUGe Jeff Lyne vibes: vocoder, catchy pop melodies with guitars & synths, Beatles influences, etc.
