Amps?

micca OriGen+ , i love mine, obviously not the best out there, but definitely the best for its price

I use a Fiio E09K headphone amp with the E17 dac plugged into it and works great for my Sennheiser HD650s.

On amazon and ebay it looks like they are going for upwards up 500-600 for both and half that for by themselves.

Honestly the one you're looking at the E10K would work fine, just upgrade later as you go since you're just starting out. I was looking into going high end with my headphones but I just decided to go all out on loudspeakers.

I might just go with the micca Origen+ like this guy said. It's not much more expensive and seems better suited for higher ohms. Looks like the E10K would need High gain turned on so the micca might be a better idea in the future if I get new headphones or speakers down the line. I'll wait a bit longer though if anyone has more advice.
