she wears the masks because they're cool and were designed by her best friend. i doubt bjork cares about aging.
she doesn't give that many interviews anymore because she literally has no fucks to give, but last year she gave one of her best interviews ever (the pitchfork one).

It's pretty safe to assume because she said the masks are to protect her privacy in public, she wore them during Biophilia as well. It's nothing to do with aging when she's done photoshoots, music videos, live shows and interviews without them since then.

I think she's aged well compared to a lot of people anyway.
