Idk if salvia palth is the best but I really enjoy it, glad to see it get some love.

Salvia Palth is pretty cool, but I feel like Teen Suicide pulls of that aesthetic flawlessly, to the point where everything else seems mundane.

Cool to see DIIV on there. Is This Is Are is my favorite album from this year. Check out Beach Fossils if you haven't already.

Did you listen to the new Babyfather/Dean Blunt mixtape yet?
Is this decade really that shitty?
>>69306427
I feel like it's mostly been a quantity > quality kinda decade. So much music is being released so rapidly. Artists who don't release an album every year are forgotten, and every time one band fades to obscurity, another appears doing the same thing. I feel like all this caused for there to be a lot of albums that are pretty good, but only one or two that will be considered masterpieces in the future.
1) OPN - Replica
2) Sufjan Stevens - Carrie & Lowell
3) Kendrick Lamar - Good Kid, m.A.A.d City
4) Destroyer - Kaputt
5) OPN - R+7
6) Beach House - Teen Dream
7) Grouper - A I A: Alien Observer
8) Deakin - Sleep Cycle
9) Ichiko Aoba - 0
10) Frank Ocean - Channel Orange

>Did you listen to the new Babyfather/Dean Blunt mixtape yet?
Yeah, I don't like the direction Dean's music is heading, I prefer his emotional chamber pop stuff or the HW sound collage-type releases

>this list
I don't think you're allowed to post your opinion on other charts
I don't know. I've never been good at cutting it down to 10.
