Depends on what video you receive.
If you are using flash, you will get AAC
If you are using a modern browser with HTML5, you will get OPUS.
Not sure how/when you will get Vorbis anymore, since VP8 seems to be phased out.
Usually it is 128k AAC, but it can also be other formats, including 145k-150k OPUS. AAC was designed for such a bitrate, and that bitrate for OPUS is actually a bit overkill.
Youtube does accept FLACs if you package them in an MKV, so if you upload a direct FLAC, the sound quality should be sufficient for most music.

I remember checking one time and it was better than a 128 file I had, looked to be 192 but I imagine it's lower to start with if the video is low-quality.
