More funky albums like this? The drums on this thing are just unreal.

pardon me for this rather avant garde theory but recent studies show that funk music is generally "funky"

Here's something unique. There are elements of avant-garde jazz, electonic music and funk.

I'm starting to get into early dance punk rn. I would recommend
Esg - Come away with esg
Konk - the Sound of Konk
Liquid liquid - s/t
Also not really 80s dance punk, but
Chairlift - Something
Is a good mix of dream pop and funk
Guy who loves Herbie Hancock here

Why? Ege Bamyasi isn't exactly a funk album. It's mainly a Krautrock album, which is a genre that draws it's influences not only from blues, but from psychedelic rock and avant-garde jazz. That's why I thought Sextant would be an interesting album for him.
