science is the observation of things that exist, art is the creation of things, so it's literally and objectively both.

i have long complicated ideas and opinions on this topic but it's kind of a bore so i won't even get into it.

the great thing is how enriching music is from both a passive and active standpoint, and from both an artistic and scientific standpoint. there are only two things that separate us from the animals; music and we don't turn down cash.
