I don't really like metal except for Neurosis.

The only people who don't like Neurosis are people who can't understand the concept of having atmosphere in metal. Or people who just would never like a metal band in the first place.

I think it's great listening to their sound evolve from Crust Punk to Crossover Thrash to Sludge Metal to Post-Metal and Atmospheric Metal.
Gotta love that they've evolved over the years and not stuck to one narrative. Great band.

Souls at zero is god tier. I can't realy get into Through silver in blood. I listen to few tracks and got bored afterwards.

I like them but post-metal is mostly boring shit and their new album is pretty bland

I couldn't name any bands that they've influenced, all I know is that they're a great band with good visions for what heavy music can be like. The combined Grace album is a fucking masterpiece.
