Thanks I knew there had to be a line somewhere, I went to the plebbit posthardcore sub and its nothing but edgy/cringey screamo-type music for 13 yr old girls, something went very wrong very fast somewhere. Cedric is not immune to emo-y vocals at points in ATDI, but those are minor-flourishes, something had to have happened post 2001, where everything turned.

Also, why isn't what is considered posthardcore today called postemo or postscreamo, thats what it sounds like to me.
