I mean, you could argue that the drums in 2step Garage or UKG are the breakbeat part of it, before that Garage House was a lot more 4 to the floor sounding in terms of the beats, it was mainly the vocal samples that were cut up in that Todd Edwards style. Early Garage House is basically just House with a minor twist, whereas UKG is a fair bit different.

But you won't get much fast BPM UKG or the same sort of synths and samples used in ardcore in UKG (although it does happen sometimes in Speed Garage, see below).
